Beach time!!!
I just got back from a weekend at the beach (Wilmington, NC). I went with my good friend Elysia and it was wonderful. It is amazing how a few days at the beach can restore my soul!!!

I got to go to the beach for the first time this season the other weekend. It was wonderful! So relaxing! The water's a little, ok - a lot colder up this way, but a beach is a beach. Looks like you had fun.
The hair scarf and fun girl-time makes it seem very "Shag"ish! :) Myrtle Beach, here we come! I'm glad you girls had fun. Jealous that you have such nice beaches so close to home.

Well, I'm going whitewater rafting tomorrow and Friday w/ the youth and then Saturday is my dad's b-day, but give me a call and we can maybe work something out after I spend some time w/ pops. Peace out!!

Yea for beach therapy!!! Does insurance cover it? Wow, my new job really is rubbing off! I'm getting beach therapy the 1st wknd of Aug! Glad to see you enjoyed yourself! :)
